Larry Nelson Larry Nelson has come a long, long way from his first job in radio in 1973. Since then he’s held every job you can have in a radio station. You can even find vintage Larry Nelson performances as host, interviewer, play-by-play, and color commentator on 80s AWA pro wrestling shows that still run on ESPN Classic TV.

John St. John John St. John was just a kid when he began broadcasting to his neighbors using a low power FM transmitter. But his career officially began at an Alabama Country station owned by the legendary Sam Phillips, of Sun Records and Elvis fame. Country music and Country radio have always been his true passion.

Marty Montell Marty Montell once worked at a station so small it was situated in the middle of a cow pasture. In summer, when the windows were open, a cow would occasionally stick a head inside and moo right over the news. Nowadays, it’s office buildings and air conditioning only, and flying airplanes in his spare time.

Dave West Dave West has traveled at bullet-speed in an F/A18 Hornet with the Blue Angels, and been stopped-dead by a raging bull (thankfully with no lasting effects). He has also interviewed numerous super stars, including Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Lorrie Morgan, Toby Keith, and Garth Brooks.

Jack Edwards Jack Edwards was born a ham – he was such a talker that his mom got him a teething microphone! He once danced on-stage wearing a duck costume for a station-sponsored Charlie Daniels event. He even drove a “Haunted Hearse.” Jack is married to his wife of now 25 years. Together they have 8 children.
